What’s Your Favorite Charity?

Just a quick post about an important subject: Charity.

There are so many needs in this world, and it can seem overwhelming to know where to start. Here are a couple of charities that I think are worth noting:

LifeNets is a great 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that develops programs offering practical assistance that promote the well-being and self-sufficiency of disadvantaged people throughout the world and, where possible, encourages them to pass on their benefit to others. I’ve admired the good work they are doing around the world for more than 10 years.

Here’s a charity that I just heard about:

Help end Hunger in Sierra Leone and meet the life you change.

What’s your favorite charity?

  1. LifeNets is my favorite! I also donate to Donorschoose.org and a few other random places.

  2. Greg Swartz says:

Smile Rwanda is a foundation run by a UCG elder in Missouri to help bring dental equipment, supplies, and education as well as dental care to the people of Rwanda.
